The prices shown on this page are exclusive of GST (15%). Your formal quote will always clearly show the GST-inclusive total so there are no surprises.
No. Quotes and site visits are completely free and carry no obligation. You only pay once you've approved the job and we've completed the work.
For one-off services our minimum call-out is $45 + GST. For recurring care plans there's no minimum — the plan price covers the scheduled visits.
After the work is done. We invoice by email with 7-day terms, and accept bank transfer, card, and direct debit. Easy.
No contracts. Recurring plans are month-to-month — you can change frequency, pause, or cancel anytime with a week's notice.
Every job is covered by our 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If something isn't right, we come back and fix it free — no questions, no fuss.
Yes. We carry $2M public liability insurance and full workers' compensation cover. Happy to share certificates on request.
