Terms of Service

1. Services

UrbanKiwi Ltd provides grounds and property maintenance services across New Zealand. Booking a service constitutes acceptance of these terms.

2. Pricing and GST

All prices displayed are GST-inclusive (15%). A valid tax invoice will be provided after each completed service. Prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).

3. Bookings and cancellations

• Bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled with 24 hours' notice at no charge
• Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a call-out fee
• We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather or crew availability

4. Property access

You must ensure safe access to the property on the day of service. If access is not available, a call-out fee may apply. Please advise of any hazards (dogs, holes, irrigation heads).

5. Liability

UrbanKiwi carries public liability insurance. Claims must be notified within 48 hours of service completion. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service in question.

6. Payment

Payment is due within 7 days of invoice. We accept bank transfer, credit card, and POLi. Overdue accounts may be referred to a collection agency.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Disputes are subject to New Zealand courts.
